Do they all work? Opinions differ. In many cases involving the highly physical workouts, some women claim great success, but many others have found it difficult to “stay the course” and reach their goals. The same can be said for the fitness videos that use a well-known workout guru to guide you through the process. Some women love it, others hate it.
